We believe there’s no better advocate or cheerleader for American Medical Staffing than you—someone who has worked with us or knows us well. You understand our commitment to placing high-quality clinicians in roles that fit their personal and professional goals.
That’s why we’re asking for your help in connecting us with your friends and colleagues. Any time you refer someone to AMS and they go on to work 450 hours, we’ll reward each of you with $500. We call it the “Win-Win” Two-Sided Referral Bonus Program.
There’s no limit to the number of RNs, LPNs, and allied health professionals you can refer. The more you submit—the more opportunity for a referral bonus.
Referral program rules:
- Most healthcare professionals can be referred to the “Win-Win” Two-Sided Referral Bonus Program, with the exception of CNA/GNA/PCT/PRNs.
- Employees or non-employees will be paid the Referral Bonus.
- The Referral Bonus will pay $500 to both parties, The Referrer and the Referral, once the Referral has worked 450 hours.
